Ty, the owner, is absolutely wonderful! We had a very complex situation to where our septic sits at the bottom of a hill. The only way to get it pumped was for the “super sucker” (hahaha) to go off roading quite a bit to get to it. We had to work around the weather because the ground was so soft from so much rain. Ty kept in contact with us the whole time to get it taken care of in a timely matter (the weather was really, really against us). Thanks Ty for the great customer service. Would highly recommend.
